Merry Christmas!

We had a really nice Christmas. It was quite different than previous years as this was the first time we stayed in town and didn't have any visitors (besides Santa of course).

It took us quite awhile to open presents (2nd year in a row where we needed an intermission).  We had a lot of presents under the tree, but it also took awhile because Drew needed so much help unwrapping.  He was a pro at getting the bows off the presents and that was probably his favorite part of Christmas!  I'm sure next year he won't need as much help!

Santa brought Drew a wagon.  Even though we haven't tried it out outside yet, Drew seems to like it!  He likes opening and closing the seats, and putting his things in there.  Thanks Santa!  Drew also got some really nice toys from Grandpa Barry, Grandma Pat, Uncle Jason and Aunt Renee and Megan.  He has already played with everything a lot and Momma already knows most of the toys' songs!  He also got some nice clothes from Uncle Justin and Uncle Josh.  He has been the best dressed boy in day care since day 1, so with all his new clothes, that title is sure to remain his. :)

Santa didn't forget the dogs, of course!  They got a nice chewie in their stocking.  Stella had her's finished, efore Heineken even knew what was going on!  Heineken was a little timid with it, because she was slightly preoccupied with the windy weather we were having.

In the middle of presents, we stopped to have french toast for breakfast.  Drew really liked it!  Drew was having so much fun playing with all his new toys, that he didn't think a morning nap was a good idea.  He ended up taking one in the end though!

Merry Christmas everyone!!  We feel so blessed to have our family and friends and have had such a great year!
