Grass!
Sunday, Brian had a soccer game in the park near our house. So, when Drew woke up from his morning nap, Momma and Drew loaded up the stroller and walked to the park to watch Daddy play soccer. It's still pretty warm here, but we've had somewhat of a break in the temperature. As long as we were in the shade, it wasn't too bad.
When we got there, I spread out one of our blankets and put Drew down. He was pretty interested in the new blanket (new to him), then he realized there was something besides carpet underneath it! He crawled to the edge of the blanket and started pulling up grass. Of course, he thought the grass was edible. The grass kept him occuppied most of the time we were there, and I kept occupied by making sure he didn't eat the grass. Needless to say, not a lot of soccer was actually watched. But that's ok, we were there to support Daddy!
