Drew is also getting good at getting himself dressed and undressed. He can almost take off and put on his shorts on his own. He has a little trouble getting the shorts up (or down) over his bottom, but he is getting very close. He is starting to attempt to put his shirt on his own too. Awhile ago, Daddy taught him that the tag goes in the back, so whenever he sees a tag, he will say "Tag, back!" Most of the time, this is a good rule to follow, but it's pretty silly when he sees it on his bath towel or some other non-apparel item and says, "Tag, back!"
Since we moved to the new house, he learned he can scoot the step stool anywhere and pretty much get into anything he wants. He usually pushes the stool into the pantry and picks out what he wants to eat (much to Mommy's bane).
He has also started saying "Thank you, Momma" and "Thank you, Daddy" unprompted when we hand him things. I'm glad he is starting to do this! But he's also saying No a lot. One evening, I'm pretty sure he told me No, about 835 times. Luckily, unless he is overtired, he is still listening fairly well and is a good little guy.
