Well we've had quite the week! It just seems that Drew is growing up right before our eyes! He has mastered crawling and he likes to get into everything! In the mornings, Brian usually lets Drew crawl around behind the couch in our family room because there's more room to explore. Drew usually sets his sights on something and off he goes. Here he is investigating some packages of diapers.
He also really likes to get into the stuff below the coffee table. His favorite thing to pull out is a laminated booklet called "The Snakes of Texas." He likes looking at the snakes!
Drew has also learned to pull up to his knees. Brian went in one morning and saw this:
We had been saying for a few weeks now that it was time to lower the mattress in his crib, but always seemed to forget to do it. After Mr Drew realized he could pull himself up, we knew we couldn't wait any longer. It just happened to work out that Grandpa Barry was visiting us this past weekend so he was able to help Brian lower the mattress.
