About a week ago, Drew started crying when we took him out of the bath and started drying him off. Initially we thought he was too hot from the bath and then being in the towel. Well every bath since then, as soon as we get him out of the water he gets pretty upset and we recently decided it was because he enjoys his baths too much to get out. Drew will be one happy water bug for the duration of the bath and then as soon as he realizes he's out of the water and in his towel the tears start.
This is definitely better than when he hated his baths and screamed the whole time, but it seems that we didn't get a very long period of him loving the entire process!
Also this week, poor little Stella got kicked in the face. Stella loves to lick Drew's toes basically when ever she has a chance. Well one night I was nursing Drew in the rocking chair (so his feet end up right at Stella's level), and she came over and started licking away. Well this night Drew was extra squirmy and ended up kicking poor little Stella in the face! Stella didn't really know what to think but I haven't seen her lick his toes since then so maybe she learned a hard lesson.
