Introducing Landon

Landon Mark was born February 21, 2014, at 8:39 pm.  He weighed in at 8 lb 3 oz and 20 inches long!

As soon as they brought Landon to me on the operating table, he started giving me kisses!  (Sucking my cheek).  He was hungry and happy to see his momma.  It was love at first sight.


Here is our first family picture!  Drew came to visit us each day in the hospital.  He is taking his time getting used to the change, but I think he is adjusting fairly well.

We were discharged from the hospital on Monday.  Most days, Landon and Mommy take a nap when Drew naps.  It's working well for us!

Overall, we are getting along just fine.  Landon is sleeping like most newborns do - up every 3 hours to eat!  He likes to snuggle with Momma though and even more so at night.  Last night was the first night he spent most of the night in his little bassinet opposed to Momma's arms.  He doesn't fuss much, but when he's upset he tends to scream!

He is starting to wake up more and more each day and become more alert, but still most of his time is spent sleeping.  He is absolutely perfect!
