Spring soccer season has started for Drew, and he is LOVING it! We are now two weeks in as the season started February 27th. The first week was a little slow starting for Coach Brian and the team, but by the second week, they were really into their groove!

Last Friday, the night before the second week of soccer, Drew was so excited about playing he had Mommy put his soccer jersey outside his door (it was in the laundry at bed time) so that when he woke up he could change right away into it, shin guards and everything. This was necessary since he "wakes up before mommy and daddy." Sure enough, when Mommy got up Saturday, Drew was on the couch, dressed, and pretty much ready to go!
Drew did so well in his game last week! Both Mommy and Coach/Daddy were so proud of him. He scored a goal, played defense, and just did a fantastic job overall with everything! Mommy and Landon had so much fun watching him play too!
Oh, and the team is officially the Sharks this year (last season they were the Turtle Sharks as not to hurt anyone's feelings, but this season Coach was determined to settle on one name).
