Drew's 4th Birthday Party

This year for Drew's 4th birthday, we held the party at a place called Jump N Jungle, which is a large bounce house facility. We had attended a birthday party there last year and thought the entire set up was a good idea. We had a small group which was perfect and all the kids had so much fun running around and jumping. Drew's two friends from daycare (Tristin and Ethan) have younger siblings Landon's age so Landon also had friends to play with! Then, Drew's friend Isobel from soccer also made it!

The party was two hours and the first hour and fifteen minutes was spent jumping. Even the adults had fun jumping, and going down the large slide! This was plenty of time because the kiddos were very tired and ready to go into the party room at the end!

Once in the party room, we had pizza and sandwiches for dinner. Drew didn't eat much, and then he asked for "those circle things" I thought maybe he was talking about potato chips, but that wasn't it. Finally I realized he was talking about cupcakes. He was ready for cake! After everyone finished eating, we lit the candles, sang happy birthday and had some cake!

After cake, it was time for presents! Drew has very generous friends and he got some nice toys! He got a turtle shell so he can play dress up Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Turtle walkie talkies, and a toy dinosaur! He had fun opening the gifts.

Then it was pack up, clean up and go home! We had some very tired boys that evening, and I'm sure the other guests were tired as well, but it was a great birthday party!
