Last month (9/12 to 9/21) we took a trip to Ohio. Josh and Leighann were getting married on 9/20, but we decided to make a trip out of it and stayed for over a week. We were fortunate enough to stay with my cousin Cara for most of the week which really helped. Unfortunately, Landon decided he would break his previous habit of being a great sleeper, but not sleeping the entire time we were there (he literally slept through the night our first and last night in town - so the 7 other nights were essentially sleepless for me).
The boys did really well on the flight. This was Landon's first flight, but he handled it like a pro. He played, ate, and slept!
The first half to the week was fairly low key. We were able to spend some time at the grandma and grandpa's hotel pool. We made a visit to Kentucky to see Great Grandpa and Aunt Paula, and Grandpa Barry was also there. We went to the Cincinnati Zoo. We made a quick trip to Athens to meet baby Caroline. Then it was the wedding and before we knew it we were heading back to Houston! Phew!
