Landon - 1.25 years old

Landon,

You are 15 months old now!

Stats:
Weight: 27lb 5oz
Height: 31.25"

You love to eat and love all food.  There is very little that you don't like upon first taste.  It makes meals so much easier that you aren't picky!  You demand that everyone share their food with you as well.  It's hard to say what your favorite foods are, but they are probably the same...bananas, avocado, pumpkin pancakes, beans, cheese.

You are still a fantastic sleeper.  You love sleeping and give us no trouble taking a nap or going to bed.  You are still napping twice a day.  You will go to bed about 7 pm at night and wake up about 6:30 am.  Then you will nap once in the morning for 1 to 1.5 hours and again in the afternoon for about 2 hours.

You are walking!  And you are starting to talk!  It took you a while to walk on your own, but now there's no stopping you.  You have already conquered the stairs (going up) as well.  You have been walking all over the house exploring as much as you can.  You are saying just a few words.  You say "ball" all the time.  You like pointing out all the balls you see.  You can also say momma, dadda, dog.  You have started signing more and hungry.

You are such a joyful little boy!  You are very fun-loving and easy going.  Your personality is really coming through, now that you are walking and starting to say a few words.  You also have a temper when you don't get your way!  But you are easily distracted so usually your fits don't last for long.

You love reading books.  Right now your favorites seem to be Goodnight Sesame Street and Three Billy Goats Gruff (you LOVE it when momma makes the funny troll voice).  When you get excited, you start kicking/flailing your legs.  You also really like to do things back and forth, like hand momma a ball and then take it back.  Or walk back and forth between momma and dadda.  You love swimming and you love your baths.  You just can't get enough splashing around in the water.  It doesn't bother you when you splash yourself in the face either.

Landon, you are so amazing.  You just fill us with so much joy.  We can't wait to continue to get to know you as your personality develops.

Love,
Momma and Dadda

What's yours is mine and what's mine is mine :)
